Bowling Tournament of Champions[]

Dylan and Gary commentating during the beginning of the tournament
- "Dylan, what do you think?"
"I think it's a great day for bowling. And actually, to be clear, the weather has no effect on this sport because we're inside."
"You see? This is why I love working with you. You're a real details man." - ―Gary Sinclair and Dylan Beagleton[src]
In 2024, Dylan Beagleton and his friend and ESPN8 The Ocho co-commentator, Gary Sinclair, went to Reno, Nevada, to narrate and comment on the Bowling Tournament of Champions. Dylan and Gary joked about how the bowling alley was little known and he was praised by Gary because he was very detail-oriented. Before the tournament, Dylan asked Gary about his famous quote, which was "Let's get ready to roll some... bowling balls!", disappointing Dylan. During the tournament, Dylan and Gary commented on the competition until all thirty teams lost and the duo of the famous Pistol Pete Whipple and the Warriors made it to the tournament finals the next day.[1]
The Finals[]

Dylan and Gary comment in amazement on the fight between Knuckles and The Buyer
- "You know, Gary, I looked it up, and actually, this has happened before. There was a visit by an extraterrestrial in the 1974 tourney, but I don't think he was red."
"Well, you might be right, but I'm gonna tell you, this time was a lot more fun."
"What a show tonight, people." - ―Dylan Beagleton and Gary Sinclair[src]
The next day, Dylan and Gary saw Pistol Pete try to take the trophy because his estranged son, Wade Whipple, didn't show up, but Whipple showed up at the last minute, surprising the duo, who commented on how Pistol Pete and Wade were related. Dylan and Gary continued to share jokes in the competition and gave Whipple a chance to win after Pistol Pete failed to knock down a pin. The commentators watched in amazement as Whipple managed to take down the tournament, causing the Warriors to win the tournament, but soon everyone took cover during the duel between Knuckles the Echidna and The Buyer. After the battle, Dylan told Gary that in the 1974 tournament there was an alien only he wasn't red and they saw how Pistol Pete failed to steal the trophy after being defeated by Wendy and Wanda Whipple.[2]
